The expropriators are fearing expropriation. For survival they can go to any extent in deceiving the people with crafty use of language. Beware.
In the context of Occupy Wall Street movement and its attack on capitalist greed, an opinion is being built again that the progress has testified about the health of capitalism and that we need the market as well as the state. It is an argument by the capitalist roaders to keep the looters intact by back door. The argument forgets that market works only though the capital and has a queer habit of making the state subservient to itself, as against the deprived.
